MENU PRICES

Our menu prices may fluctuate slightly due to supplier cost increases. We do our best to update the prices on our website to reflect cost increases in a timely manner. 

Our policy is that no changes will be made to invoices 30 days prior to any event. If there is any inconvenience to our customers as a result of the price changes, we sincerely apologize and will attempt to update menu prices as diligently and promptly as possible.

ONSITE FEE

An onsite fee will be accessed to any fully catered event. All pricing starts as a “drop off” price and varies from there. 

TRAVEL FEE

A travel fee may apply for parties and weddings depending on time and distance to event from Clifton Park/Mechanicville.

HOLIDAYS

Holiday’s and adjacent days are subject to an additional fee of $500 per drop off, party or wedding (The days are, but not limited to: Memorial day, 4th of July, Labor Day, & Columbus Day).

DEPOSITS

• Drop Off catering requires a 50% deposit & a signed contract to secure date with caterer
• Event catering requires a $500 deposit & a signed contract in order to secure date with caterer. The contract is not valid unless deposit is made. Both items are required to secure the date. The deposit is non refundable after 1 week from reception of deposit.
• Wedding catering requires a $1000 deposit & a signed contract in order to secure date with caterer. The contract is not valid unless deposit is made. Both items are required to secure the date. The deposit is non refundable after 1 week from reception of deposit.

The courtesy of advance notice is recommended to book a drop off, event or wedding in order to accommodate requests.

FINAL PAYMENT

A final invoice will be provided within 2 weeks of your event or wedding with payment expected at that time.
